Teamwork

“Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results”.   Andrew Carnegie

Most direct marketing companies and multi-level-marketing companies reward their distributors by the amount of people they recruit to their teams.  They recruit several distributors in the first level of their “down-line” and five or six levels deep.  They are paid a percentage of the retail profit for each person down to a certain level.  The teamwork here is coaching, teaching and then hoping they’ve built a strong team of go-getters who will help to increase the team leader’s monthly check.

Do all the members of the “team” help one another in this instance?  No, they are only teaching those they personally recruit and possibly helping to teach those in the levels below them from which they will benefit.  They are working hard to make themselves rich.  Why would they spend time and energy helping someone that is in a level that won’t bring them any rewards?

Market America is the ultimate “Team Work” company.  Here everyone works together.  Senior business partners will coach, mentor and work with anyone on their team whether or not they were personally sponsored by that individual.  Each person on the team benefits from everyone doing well.

Each Market America brand product is assigned business volume and that is what is shared among all the members.  When someone earns business volume through the sale of a product, that person will take it and place it in the business of the personally sponsored team member farthest down the line.  That person receives 100% of the business volume.  From there that business volume travels back up the line and each person between the lowest and the person who actually earned the business volume receives 100% of that business volume.  So not only are the team members benefiting from the sales of the members below them, but also from members above them.

This type of teamwork is truly what will “allow common people to attain uncommon results”.
